Description of the Job (problems we solved): APS worked closely with VAE’s Team in the installation of and commissioning of the HVAC piping infrastructure across the whole of the Manunda Place Building. APS installed the condenser water pipework across all 9 floors of the building. Our Team piped-up the PAC units and ran condenser water drains from each of the PAC units. APS installed the chilled and condenser water pipework in the 9th Floor Chiller Plantroom. We assisted the client to pipe the condenser water from the cooling towers which included a side-stream filtration system. The APS Site Project Team fitted all the high level chilled water, securing it with seismic bracing. Our team eliminated the need for seismic support systems for all lower level pipework by designing and installing bespoke pipe stands which are rated to the same.
